Data will be deleted within 24 hours after receiving the request.

Data Deletion Request Process (From the App)

Log in to the application and navigate to the profile section. Once there, select the 'Delete Account' button to initiate the process of account deletion.

Data Deletion Request Process (By Email)

If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted from our system, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email from your registered email address to contact@TrainTheTraders.com.
2. In the subject line, write "Data Deletion Request for [Your Username/Email]."
3. In the email body, please mention that you are requesting the deletion of your account and associated data.

Once we receive your email request, we will initiate the data deletion process. Please note that some residual data may remain in our system backups for a limited time, as required for system integrity and legal obligations.
